PAINTED OR SCULPTED VASES
- Decorative hand-made vases using traditional Andean techniques.
Chulucanas vases are made of clay using techniques from
master artisans of the Vicus culture. They use natural
colors, earth and minerals, and special combustion techniques.
These are unique (not serial) pieces signed by the author, and
are only made upon request, in sizes from 5 to 25 inches.
- Painted vases: hand-painted ceramic vases in three different
types, traditional everyday life scenes, geometric, and abstract
designs. These pieces are created in series using artificial colors,
in sizes that vary from 4 to 20 inches.
- Decorative clay sculptures, sculptures from Andean popular
artists, with traditional and religious themes. Sizes vary from
20 to 60 inches.
